Squiggles is about 7-8 months old and weighs 12 lbs. She’s named for her constant happy wiggles and wagging tail. With her long “chopstick” legs and tiny body, she’s as cute as she is playful — and honestly looks a bit like a baby kangaroo disguised as a dog! 🦘
Her favorite thing to do is curl up into a tiny ball and nuzzle deep into your “pouch” 🦘 for a good snuggle. When she first arrived, she excitedly pulled out every toy she could find and brought them outside — a one-dog parade of joy. She’s just as happy entertaining herself as she is playing with another pup, though she clearly enjoys the companionship and guidance that another dog can offer.
Squiggles settles quickly in her crate at night. She likes keeping all four paws on the ground and tends to freeze when picked up, so a patient home would be best. Due to her petite and fragile frame, we are asking for a home without young children.
Squiggles and Millie are currently being fostered together and have become great friends. Their personalities complement each other beautifully. They enjoy each other’s company and make a sweet, balanced duo. While they do not need to be adopted together—and we aren’t actively seeking a joint adoption—they could be a wonderful match for someone looking to welcome two smaller, young dogs at once. Either way, each pup is ready to thrive in a loving home of their own!
Squiggles has been spayed, vaccinated, HW tested negative and microchipped. We are asking for an adoption donation of $420 to help with the cost of care of our rescued pets.
