Aubrey is the sweetest girl with a loving, loyal personality. 🐾 She can be a little shy at first, but she warms up quickly and forms a deep bond with her person. Once she feels safe, her affectionate side really shines — she’ll curl up beside you, gently place her paw in your hand, and soak up all the cuddles.
Aubrey loves being outdoors and exploring the world around her. Whether she’s out for a long walk, enjoying a hike, or following an interesting scent, she’s happiest when she has the chance to exercise, sniff, and discover new things. She walks beautifully on leash and has handled walk-hikes like a pro. In open areas, she gets adorable bursts of energy where she’ll run around and let loose.
She tends to look to her person for comfort in new or busy situations. Around strangers or when people pass by on walks, Aubrey prefers a little distance and will often stay close behind you. She’s a sensitive girl who thrives with patience, consistency, and a predictable routine as she continues building confidence.
Aubrey does well with other dogs, especially those who respect her space and calm nature. She would thrive in a quieter home with someone who enjoys spending time outdoors and can provide the exercise, enrichment, and guidance she needs. While she isn’t a fan of baths, she loves splashing through streams, ponds, and rivers whenever she gets the chance. 💦🌿
