Charlie, a 3-4 year old beagle mix, is a gentle and independent soul who is learning to appreciate the comforts of home life. It took him a few days to warm up, but once he realized yard time and tasty meals come from his human, he decided people aren’t so bad after all!
Charlie prefers the quiet life—he loves spending time alone in the yard, sniffing around and soaking up the sun. He’s perfectly content coexisting with dogs his own size or calm companions who respect his space.
While he’s still adjusting, he’s already showing great potential to keep up the good habits in a home environment.
Charlie LOVES food (definitely the way to his heart!), but isn’t too interested in toys or chew bones. He comes when called, walks nicely on a leash, and has a quiet, thoughtful demeanor that makes him an easy companion.
