A 1-year-old Papillon/Chihuahua mix weighing just 13 pounds, Louie may be small—but he’s packed with personality.
He’s playful, sweet, and social, getting along wonderfully with both large and small dogs. Louie loves to play and explore but is just as happy curling up for snuggles once he’s had his fun.
