Summer is a small, adorable little lady, at just 13 pounds. She lives with other dogs in her foster home and has been a real sweetheart. Summer has cute saddle markings and it looks like her tail, just the tip, was dipped in white paint! If you’re seeking a companion to spend sunny days with this summer, consider Ms. Summer!
